The Chinese are getting enough shares to equal 51% of O/S in exchange for $7.6 million dollars. 51% of 518m(minus buybacks-30m shares my guess)=488m
488m = 49% of x
X= 980 million approx.

So after Tranche 2 and the buy backs and the Chinese get 51% control we should be around 980 million shares O/S, debt free and looking good.

Now I can do market cap estimates, 10 cents per share would be $98 million dollar market cap which is doable here.

Why did 300 mil more O/S make you want to trade CDNL? Not understanding. Also, when CDNL buys back shares are they eliminated from the O/S count? Thanks lowtrade.

They are Toxic Lenders, and they have already sold. The last filing indicated 515 million shares O/S with 9.99% to VV. That was the last of it.

This is ALL RETAIL and alog. trading by MM such as ASCM swinging 5% either way.

Toxic lenders(not really V/C) are long gone. It's the reason CDNL got hammered down in the .002-.004 for several weeks with unrelenting selling.

That's when I and many retail were able to accumulate millions and millions of shares without any problem, and believe me it wasn't easy. Easy to buy big blocks, but it took balls. KJ confirmed this as well.

All these blocks you see are retail longs locking in big profits or short term flippers. This range is about to break to a new one.
