I hope the amount is "SUBSTANTIAL", not "sub-Stantial" - Stantial means a big pile, right?

The PPS should respond favorably if in fact the amount was "SUBSTANTIAL" as we have been led to believe.

eagle-i13: It would be nice if IDCC reports next week the amount received from Huawei. However, I am afraid that IDCC will follow their past reporting actions regarding the Huawei arbitration and either not say anything or just say that Huawei made a payment (no amount shown) as required by their agreement.
