What restructuring - what right people are in place???

I see a company that is selling assets - getting involved with a notorious toxic financier, TCA - having a Federal Tax Lien (that Schadel has yet to address to shareholders).

A company that is delinquent in filing their 10-K and at the end of today their 10-Q.

From the LTNC financials - it is a company that is in a very precarious position financially.

Weren't we suppose to be back at no bid by now? The company is restructuring and it will take time. Now they have the right people in place. The company is on the right path.
