Interesting read I think the most interesting comment in the report concerns the fact that there is no consistancy or logic behind the actions taken. IE: delistings for price violation range from one day to nearly a year. Concidering that that is a well defined rule I can not see what chanmce we have to argue for our charge which is not well defined. Lets hope. SG
