That is wrong. They may not cancel commons or they might issue new stock and exchange old for new. No-one knows for sure. Saying 100% probability is BS.

before here is anything over, we see a lot of 100% runs in the next couple of weeks...that's the fakt how everywhere in the BK-Games and roll a long time across the street ;-)
most of them running up and down a lot of months or years and create strange runs with every good news or rumors.
and sometimes a new star is born after a restructuring with the shareholders in one boat ! ;-)
