Lol, that's hilarious. Klean can easily send out a newsletter to their followers once the 8K is dropped here announcing the merger.

Why in the heck would they do an IPO when it's cheaper to do a reverse merger, with a company that one of their directors own? It's just the fastest, and easiest way to get it done.

Klean would be insane not to merge with Harmonic, especially considering all the pyrolysis tech Harmonic has in their IP that Klean can benefit from longterm.

Also, look at it this way. Klean could have easily denied any connection with Harmonic energy when asked about a merger. However, Klean has remained silent for the most part.

When APYP announced that they were merging with IntellectSoft, folks hit up IntellectSoft on Twitter about the merger and the company rapidly denied any involvement with APYP. Klean could have easily done the same thing.
