They would release news of a LOI if they were in discussions, come on! That keeps their nose clean in case info slips out. Waiting a couple weeks for what? IPO imo.
Harmonic is 3 years into their 5 year business plan of opening a bunch of factories around the world...the merger with klean makes all of that real ...and harmonic if for nothing else, owns all of that licensing for the pryolosis....no brainer here...amongst the other 20 pieces of evidence we have uncovered.
