GTRQ down 80% from when I was alerted about this company on verge of breakout. That was 1.5 years ago. This company failed to deliver and is now a share selling scam. IMHO

What's Gregg to do spend money that he needs on a long drawn out court battle or move on, raise a little more $ on start on a 3G device that he has already designed...

It shouldn't be a 'long drawn out court battle' if GEOTRAQ holds a PATENT as claimed. It would be a simple IP infringement and Roman would get stuck picking up the tab and reimbursing for damages.

Your suggestion of raising more money is laughable...Why would anyone invest into a company that won't defend its 'supposedly patented' product?

In what ways will this scenario be avoided moving forward if you don't protect your 'patent'?

So now GEOTRAQ is going to rush a '3G device' to market?

The fear of missing out is killing me!!!

SPNG was a scam that had a product. Having a product does not make it legit. Far from it. Most good scams have a product.

What happened to the claims that Securapet was using Geotraq's module in their dog collars? What happened to the January launch and April shipping of that pet collar? What happened to that product? The one that was claimed to be distributed in all those lock & feed stores? Do you have proof THAT product with GTRQ's module was every delivered to this so-called multi-million dollar outfit that was going to put GTRQ on easy street?

Best to learn and understand that plenty of scams have actual "product" at well known retail stores that have actually sold product, but the intention wasn't to provide shareholder value but were in fact insider enrichment schemes. Screaming there's a product doesnt make it "legit", there are numerous SEC actions against similar companies, that's a fact. Plus in GTRQ's case, the " product" isn't even certified.

True story? Says who? Gregg obviously has been quite willing to impart information to some shareholders, yet not a PUBLIC word to ALL investors. Eight months of NOTHING but SILENCE. Termination of registration to file, No pr's, no revenue, no proof of patent, no certification, incorrectly LOW share structures posted websites that are used for DD, ETC.

Gregg updated NOTHING. HOW is that competent?? How does that demonstrate that he knows what he's doing?
