Of course very uniformed assumptions here of not wanting to know the truth. This is not a scam there is a product and yes the reason manufacturing had begun was because the module passed all the Itraq and firstlines tests that's why Roman ordered and paid for 200 working devices that he still has.... He sent me one and I tested it myself see the Sticky.... Fact of the matter is Roman ordered the devices paid GEOTRAQ the 50k and there is absolutely no end date of that contract so when Firstline and Roman who was the engineer didn't deliver on Finalization of product then Gregg technically does not have to return the money until they deliver and I'm sure Roman is aware of this.... After filming the TV show Roman realized that CELL-ID was not going to work for people tracking and most consumer applications so he switched gears and used Geotraqs idea and added GPS to it. Firstline and Roman did not give the support needed to complete the CERT in time of the contract due to them working on they're on product and trying to get theirs to market first.... Proper DD is needed here to fully understand what is happening right now.... GEOTRAQ brought the idea to Roman and Roman worked for Firstline which is now 20% owner in Itraq... Gregg showed them how this will work and how to build the module and the technology. Itraq and Firstline stole trade secrets here and Gregg has every right to go after them.... Roman and Firstline did not deliver everything that was suppose to be delivered, which included a Spec sheet of how the module was built and the way it functions so Gregg had to pay for a company to do it which was suppose to be done by Firstline in delivering the product.... Roman then publicly put the blame on Gregg due to not being able to deliver on his Indiegogo campaign in time but it was not Gregg who was at fault. Now Imo Gregg is still very much responsible for what has happened he should have been more involved instead of putting so much trust in Firstline and Roman. This is the true story Gregg is very competent and knows what he's doing and has not scammed anyone... I have spoken to Roman and he has extended his hand in helping Gregg get certified however Roman wants his 50k back first and Gregg said when the module is done you will have a wire the next day! The problem is Roman doesn't work for Firstline anymore and he will not get the help from the same engineers unless he pays for them since they're contract is up, and Roman is not willing to pay out of his pocket. Roman will tell you there is a product and he also will tell you this is not a scam and they are def not in bed together. What's Gregg to do spend money that he needs on a long drawn out court battle or move on, raise a little more $ on start on a 3G device that he has already designed... Not the way all the investors pictured this but GEOTRAQ has many options here. These are all IMO after talking to Roman he has confirmed most of what Iv said of course he didn't confirm the trade secrets or trying to get his product first to market, but it doesn't take a genius to figure this one out.
