CEO has told us on at least six different occasions that the Strat would fly. I don't know about you but I have watched the news and the sky and have yet to see or hear anything to indicate that it has happened.

Just because he said it doesn't mean it happened that way. Could it be that someone on the AMEX heard about that statement from the SHM and disputes it's veracity?

I do not believe in the foolish AMEX conspiracy theories. I do not believe that they take delisting lightly. Earlier someone did a post and something in it struck me very hard and I believe it could be a large part of our problem.

What was said was that we have been trading on a major exchange with an OTC mentality.

Stop and think, it has a ring of truth about it.

It seems reasonable to me and fits in with my thoughts (often posted) that Huff should be the CTGO (Chief Techno Genie Officer) and work his technical miracles while a professional who is accustomed to dealing with the public, street, markets is installed as CEO/front man.

Everyone would benefit/prosper from such a situation.

I would. This CEO has a history of making rash statements. We have absolutely no proof of the veracity of this statement. Simply put, we aren't privy to the facts. That makes it hearsay in my book.
