I also believe Ace that SUNEQ will get out of this mess…..filing for protection is to their benefit as an ongoing concern.

What I also do not believe other than a small small chance is the common shareholders getting any benefit or love here. It is quite obvious that SUNEQ management does not care about the shareholders…..the way they have been so quiet and recklessly driving the company into the ground.
