I think the trend, Nov, Nov, Aug should put your fears to rest. August is the new November. It was not an accident. The acquisition will happen in time to close this year so that the Q1 Numbers continue to be stronger than ever. It makes perfect sense.
IMO There won't be any acquisitions any time soon because of the model they adopted to acquire through hugely discounted toxic dilution. Older holders of those notes need to unload first before SUNW can issue another notes. And unloading those older notes might take some time, if they do buy another company through the same model then it will have a domino reaction and share price might collapse to oblivion. All evidence is there, look at last several weeks of total inaction and retail staying away as far as they can-remember last time around when holders of toxic debt dumped on a run-up? People don't forget those easily.
