Couple of reasons....

Why? The previous three acquisitions have been announced in November, The following November, and the Following August. It's only May

.

1) If announced in November by time they closed there would be none in 2016.

2) Unlike the past, when they only started looking for potential acquisitions. They now have two years of searching for acquisitions under their belt, meaning they should have a short list by now for those companies that meet their criteria to acquire. They did announced last year they had several candidates they were looking at.

3) Being in a better financial situation then SLTD and having a acquisition specialist on their payroll one would expect the process to now be much quicker than before.

4) As they grow one would expect them to me more aggressive to acquire the better companies out there considering that some big players have announce that they to are looking for acquisition targets, therefore creating a need for SUNW to be them to the punch.
