The truth is Sam at the time of the HotZone acquisition, we, as shareholders, really do not know what was signed, by whom, and what was really obligated, prior to the acquisition, other than what is stated publically in the original PRs relating to the acquisition and what are in the notes to the prior 10Qs/Ks right?!
We are making assumptions.....but i will agree that it consumed much of mgt.'s time and effort where it probably could had been more profitably focused elsewhere....but that is all "Monday Morning Quarterbacking"...easy for us to say...had we been in his shoes, and had Uri waved that deal in front of us, with a completed pilot in the Russina Duma in our faces, would be have turned it down at the time?
