I'm definitely NOT discounting the probabilities that it IS occuring, Danielle. But what POWER do you have against that force? What POWER do I have against that force? This is a job that is clearly for the authorities who are there to represent the best interest of the public shareholder. We are POWERLESS without probable cause and facts that would justify it.

What are WE going to do about it?

With all due respect Danielle, it was pertinent 4 months ago but not now. Naked short selling is an issue with the market but right now we have much bigger fish to fry. We have an angry AMEX taking our listing away, we have a strat that we think is going to fly soon but are very much in the dark about details, we think centerline is making money but again not sure, what's up with magicmoney rollout, (who in the hell knows), we have the press attacking at will and lawsuits up the wazzoo, we have a pps that is shrinking by the hour...shall I go on? And with ALL of these issues, the proverbial ball is in the court of GTE. They and they alone can shed some light on the real things that need attention right now and enlighten the shareholders ASAP. We need information that they can provide but instead we waste posts on naked short selling. Frankly that is the least of my worries right now. The issues stated above are issues GTE does have control over, they do not have control over naked short selling and thus shouldn't be spending one minute of their valuable time on it. They should be spending time on issuing a News Release about the state of GTE and assure us that they are working their collective ass off to restore a stable pps and updates on current projects and tests etc.
