There are just as many stories of investors regretting that they sold a winner too soon as there are of investors regretting that they held an overbought position too long. If Anavex has the goods, and data plus anecdotal evidence so far certainly suggests that it does, there is nothing piggy about holding at $14 (since the company is clearly worth much more than that) or about playing the long game via partnerships rather than a quick buyout. Only with a company that doesn't have the goods will pigs get slaughtered in the end.
