Wow. 7 years.....and I was thinking a few months was inexcusable.
If I were king, and a SEC-reporting company were late with their filings even a month, I would shut them down. There is no excuse. Every day their investors do not have any disclosure is a day that they are potentially getting screwed.
I know you have watched Double Clown (DDCC) for some time now, and they tout that they have always been "fully reporting" as if that somehow made them legit ($20 million/month in gold brokering deals to S. Koreans disproves that.....LOL). They filed for a 15-day extension on their 10-K, and now missed that deadline too.
