There is always an upside to any situation! In this case, those points you mentioned. Maybe due to the assets being worth so much over debt, the BK judge will vote that because common shareholders did not receive dividends, then let the shares trade what they will until company can emerge from BK! Think positive always! No risk, no reward!! SUNE!!!$$$$

Covering a short creates a "taxable event". No covering, means no taxes.

That means no one will want to cover.

Short covering has been the only reason this stayed above .30 and has been fairly stable these past few weeks. Without shorts the trades will swing wildly. It'll be fun to gamble when it's Q but wouldn't want to hold overnight and it's definitely not coming back to .30.
