To me, the list is not about people who said nice things or not about CRGP, and who did or did not receive the dividend. Instead, the list looks like it is limited to posters who likely communicated directly (PM or E-mail) with the people behind the scam.
That's true of a few of them, but only a few. Several are people who never traded CRGP at all, me included. The majority are shareholders who actually did receive the divvy. But what's the big deal about that? Lots of people received the dividend. And as IHub pointed out, the appropriate source for that information is the brokers, not a financial message board.
Then then we have the inexplicable omissions...
