why all of the negative assumptions??????...

what are the terms of the settlement? Probably won't know for awhile,could know any day the 10K sounds like it'll be delayed until further settlements are resolved.this has not been stated Could potentially take several months, even up to another year.

or maybe a few weeks, it seems like the new guy is anxious to move quickly but I agree, you should sit on the sidelines here for another 6 months or so... good plan...not me, but go right ahead...
