heh yeah, I saw that. still, based on what the 2 PR's said, I'm inclined to bench this for another 6 months. they have a lot to fix now that Kurtz is finally out of the way. $79M settlement... what are the terms of the settlement? Probably won't know for awhile, the 10K sounds like it'll be delayed until further settlements are resolved. Could potentially take several months, even up to another year.
