Well I for one would not want to watch a milestone quietly pass 13,500'. If your saying that they want to watch a milestone at 13,500' produce oil or gas then I would agree, that is a milestone. If the well starts to produce oil or gas like well #1, what then. They stop drilling or do they, can they go down to 14,200' for the larger amount of oil.
As you can see I'm not very knowledgeable about oil wells.
