There is no backup. Dr. Moran is the company. If you check past financials (years worth) you will see he is the only one ever on the payroll. Even the past few 10K's say that without Dr. Moran there is no company.
From time to time you will see different people named as VP ect. Only reason they have any title is Dr. Moran gave them hundreds of thousands of shares (in some cases over 100 million shares a year) for consulting fees. (2013 alone was almost $1M worth). Sales of LEAN were a fraction of consulting fees.
Seems kind of strange all these consultants were old friends of his.
