That's such a bogus story. Why the heck would they come to an agreement 5 days before a major meeting about a freeze. They did this a month ago to pump oil too.
i saw that one, but general chatter around the net suggests that no one believes the Saudis will go through with the freeze without Iran as it would give Iran too much economic leverage over the industry.
the general consensus seems to be that the "talks" are just a stunt to temp boost oil and that oil will probably go lower when the freeze doesn't happen.
