moco, You're going to get a laundry list of 'negatives' if you engage Chuck. Just a forewarning. He is widely known for having a hardon for the CEO of NMKT, and he'll stop at nothing to spin every bit of info to the negative. He'll even take ambiguous information as a definite negative. Agenda, agenda, agenda.

Critical? I guess if pointing out management fraud and misrepesentation is "critical"...

You posted a link to insider transactions. There weren't any management transactions. Why? Because they refuse to file the form 4's. Why? I'll challenge one of the "I love NMKT no matter what" crowd attempt to answer that.

Phil Verges grossly exaggerates NMKT's business, intentionally misleads investors, engages in improper insider transactions, while hiding behind a total lack of transparency (including straight out lies to investors). Do your due diligence and you'll see what I mean. Unless you are too in love with this stock to critique it.
