If you know these inappropriate, unlawful actions are taking place, why haven't you taken this to the SEC. Have you ever owned the stock or do you currently own it. I thought these actions that you complain of were unlawful. Considering how educated you come across, I thought for sure you would have contacted and informed someone of the horrible things Verges is doing. Chuck, by all means do I think you are entitled to your opinion. I think you should call Lutz and have him give you an explanation. I believe that if this is truely going on, you could be a tremenous force against the evil wrong doings of those Enron want to bes. If you are uncertain as to how to contact Lutz, let me know.
