Even an invoice letter needs to get written correctly. Is there a way to set up a DIME drop box or another form of online link that we could start with ruff drafts of letters we wish to send. Any apart techie that could help with that?

Have you and other large LTW Holders already cut a deal
with JPM?

The only way to proceed is with legal representation.
Why is this not one of your suggestions?

Individual invoices sent to JPM will not be effective
and corresponding proof of the number of LTWs held
would have to be provided.

WMIH would have a record of the LTW holders who did
not " opt in ". How do we obtain this info other than
through legal representation?
