Hi Linda, I think the point of sending JPM a invoice or demand for payment letter is just the least costly step in putting a record in place and get documented our wished to resolve this in the least costly way.
I also plan on sending one but only after I have all the facts straight. We must what exactly are we entitled to receive per LTW?
Per your calculations there is a big difference, also why would the tax gross up award of $118,969,673.71 not be included?
I would use $538,615,584.62. minus attorney cost and divided by number of LTW. So I plan to calculate that and let JPM correct it if I am wrong. Go high and let them adjust it lower.
your calculations:
The first calculation will give you the dividend of $356,699,024.27/18,103,515(Linda)=$19.7033/LTW
or the second choice
$356,699,024.24/112,975,597=$3.1573/LTW
We all hope some of the large shareholders have already started litigation with the hope it addresses all of us. Today i plan to send emails to some again in hope of answers. I also plan to send Art Stienberg an email to see if he can be of any help. We already paid him alot.
Linda1, what path do you think we should take?
