Maese’s email stated in part, “I wanted to reach out and remind you that today
is the first day of liquidated damages. Every day from now on, including weekends, Labor
Smart owes Prometheus an additional $2,000. The settlement offer I proposed in my

where is the original note to you? thats what i want to see, not some court doc that was drawn up by YOUR LEGAL SIDE , that only favors, this wasnt deemed by the judge, just sent on ur side...This is a sham

29. Prometheus completed all of its obligations under the Note to send a valid and
binding conversion request to Labor Smart.
30. Labor Smart and its agent never honored Prometheus’s request.
31. The Note states, “if delivery of the Common Stock issuable upon conversion of
this Note is not delivered by the Deadline … the Borrower shalt pay to the Holder
$2,000 per day in cash, for each day beyond the Deadline that the Borrower fails to deliver
such Common Stock.” at § 1.4(g).

That simple fact that what your stating in the the PR is false from whats stated in the Court doc is also a big RED FLAG, this thing is a joke...your going to get FRIED

AS long as Ryan is full filling his obligations to Tailwind on the monthly note payments then you have nothing Pal...you got duped, How would he have any knowledge who you were? or that this transaction went down, your case looks pretty silly, i wouldnt stand to close to the judge, he might slap you with wack paper work you submitted
