Get real...Here's what I want: Amarin to fully litigate ANCHOR SPA rescindment, even if it has to go to the SC! The FDA will retaliate, Amarin will be in no position to defend with a stock price of crap and no cash in the bank.
RI means jack crap if the FDA plays the placebo card, the same card they used in Oct 16th Ad Com.
There's ruffly $200 Billion riding on this, and Amarin sure as hell better wake up, the FDA will retaliate.
Amarin can crush the FDA in court for Anchor rescindment.
FDA will not play the BS placebo card at RI Ad Com if Amarin has already litigated and won the Anchor rescindment.
Hang on to your shares, but only if Amarin fully litigates Anchor rescinded SPA...otherwise look for a bump and get the hell out prior to RI Ad Com.
