No your about as dumb as they get. Amarin should have run up into interim...it did nothing and did it on low volume. RI news it's just around the corner...at the earliest September. Even if RI is halted the Street won't jump in until the FDA is onboard...that would be after an Ad Com. Enjoy that Ad Com, because the FDA could drive a stake right through the heart of Amarin with a wooden stake soaked in placebo!
It's absolutely idiot to trust the FDA with RI results and this is what Amarin is doing if they don't fully litigate Anchor SPA appeal.
