#98483 RE: Myth #98482

LOL??? Not a chance that there is an offer ( can't be signed without shareholder approval) for sale of the company or sale of substantial assets (samples) and not released to the SEC and stockholders. If there is an offer for a sale, that offer has to be sent to the shareholders for approval.Any offer for sale of the company or agreement for sale of substantial assets (samples) would have been disclosed in the 10k as a subsequent event. No public company would receive an offer for sale of the company or substantial assets and disclose it to the stockholders when management feels the time is right. Any significant news of an offer must be disclosed as soon as possible. When and if there is an offer for the sale of a company, it would be announced the next day or no later than 2 days.
