Same in substance with one gigantic difference. If they sell some assets to pay their debt the common shares are worth far more than .50.
They are not canceled and shorts need to cover well over 100m shares.

The more debt they pay off the better.
They could lean the company down and the BOD can get the company a CEO who can grow the company right.

$7.50-$15 buy years end.

We will see soon. But i would have expected the company to announce bk AH on friday if they were going to.

I think they are going to try to fight their way out.
Really depends on the damage done by the employee under investigation and the financials.
