As you well know though, nobody gives a shit on the OTC as there is not enough money involved. JBII/PTOI touted increased production and yeah yeah. Then a week or two later everything froze, machines broke so they shutdown. 6 months without disclosure to shareholders, while those in the know sold. Nobody batted an eye; despite the SEC already having nailed them recently. In the real world the CEO would be fired. Then sued by shareholders and the SEC. The DOJ is probably too much to ask for but the rest reasonable in the world we live in today. It is a slam dunk even... I could probably win the case against them while drunk the whole time and not being a lawyer.
