He said 2014 by April in the 8-k. If we can't hold him accountable to that, then how can we hold him accountable to the numbers in the 8k?

These unaudited financial statements do not substitute the Company’s plan to provide the audited 2014 financial results which are scheduled for release in the first quarter of 2016.

I am sure this is what MB told him. shrugs. im long. if they don't come til june, i'll be here. too hard to ignore all the cool things going on here.

But even if they don't come out by then, we already know from the DD of others that he is working behind the scenes to add a strong base to our company, and that in time he will update us on the progress.

However, I do anticipate that he will release the FINS before the end of April.
