There's a difference between being honest and unbiased, and posting in spite, often with false accusations.
It should be obvious that every MAXD invester is upside down right now (I'm very much in that category), perhaps with the exception of the day traders pushing for gains on hundreth of a penny swings.
Being upset is understandable, but trying to trash the stock is not. That's what I see from some of the posters here, they seem to want to scare everyone off as a means of punishment of MAXD, punishing MAXD for their personal investment loss. This is not in the beneficial interest of other shareholders.
If you choose to warn possible new investors of areas needing due diligence, that's good. However, hurling out insults, false statements, and pre dismissing upcoming events do not constitute warnings, but rather are just personal spites.
I have made many references to MAXD's previous failures to close on the many revealed/expected orders we've been made aware of. I have suggested, and still would like to see, MAXD hire an experienced General Manager executive officer to run the company. I'm ok with Halpern and Blaisure remaining in promotional roles, but I do not believe they have the skillset to move the company to the next level. This rocket ship MAXD is taking way, way too long to get off the ground. As I've said before, it's time to light this candle.
I hope what I'm doing here by posting on this website is accurately evaluating any and all information coming out on the company. I look forward to other posts that can help myself and others to understand what is out there, and how to benefit from it. I also want to raise questions on anything that looks misleading or out of place.
For all the mistakes MAXD management has made in the past, I don't have a problem with them succeeding. No problem at all. The reason is obvious; if they make money (through stock value gain), I make money. So too, I believe, will other MAXD shareholders.
Am I willing to blindly trust MAXD management, and hang on their every word? No way! They have not earned that trust, and in fact have earned the need to be questioned.
But trashing the management and company in an emotional attack to "get back", is a counter productive, wasteful act.
