You just love harping on about all the evil posts before December 8th. Why don't you post a compendium of all the "evil" posts, so everyone here can make their own value judgement. (I predict you won't do this)
Also, in regards to posters posting insider information. Who knows who Ruroini is, but he is definitely not an insider. He seems to know a lot about the legal proceedings, but so would anyone who attends the proceedings as he has claimed he has. Whatever transpires in the courts is public record because it is open to the public. To think that the officers of the company are stupid enough to be posting on a message board in which 5-10 actively post, (and my my guess is that less than 50 people actually read), is beyond preposterous. What other conspiracies do you buy into?
Whatever his reasons for insinuating that he is an officer, is beyond my understanding, however I have yet to see anything he has posted that would be deemed "insider information". My guess is that he enjoys getting a rise out of you and others that buy into it. If an officer of a public company was posting on a public message board, they most certainly would not be professing it.
You have claimed that you had profited $15,000 from trading MAXD and that you are no longer a shareholder. Serious question: Why take the time continually post on this board. What is your motivation?
