In all seriousness, that has happened to me many times over the years- usually I get an Investor's packet or proxy statement and I think wth is this? Come to find out, I had flipped something months ago but because I was a "shareholder of record" at the time they decided to issue their mailing I get to throw away the tree they killed to send it to me...
