Yes Facts are very important, and the fact is if a BP offered Leo a great price today, he will take it. Regardless of what he said previously.

Well I'm still waiting for one of those attendees of the shareholder meeting to chime in on the topic and tell me Leo absolutely said no deal until after Phase 3 and all I hear is crickets. The reason being is because Leo didn't say it nor has anyone shown me where he did say it at the shareholder meeting. So if your looking to set the record straght, please pony up.
