It may not matter from deal perspective - a CEO needs to be flexible in terms of decision making and changing direction based on facts on hand.

However it actually it matters in terms some posters dis-crediting others who gave this 1st hand account and trying to thump that what they say is correct.

It is necessary to set the records straight by giving facts.
