Thanks for asking - Exwan answered what I was curious about. It's the progression that triggers the crossover. So presumably, any patient that progresses will automatically receive the vaccine even if they had already been previously treated with DCVax, i.e, not with a placebo.
Even for a newbe, it's easy to see how this becomes complicated with patients receiving different dosing at different stages of the disease. But, if all patients are living longer, then it has to be clear that it's due to DCVax since the statistics for SOC are well established.
