malc...that viewpoint is short sighted. You can't judge the future of a company based on a period in time and say that forever it will be that way. Companies operate on forecasts and budgets. The goal is to grow the company and increase revenues while containing costs. Of course the revenue belonged to UMS. Everyone knows this. It was a win for both companies to merge. Together they will achieve what they couldn't alone.
