First, TALK is not making 17 million in revenues. TALK revenues do not exist. It is the proposed merger company UMS who has the revenues, and the revenue growth has shown a larger capital loss.
UMS is losing money. And they are being sued for 895K over non-payment for goods received.
One must look at the bigger picture to see the fiscal situation realistically, the merger of UMS and TALK fiscally is a fundamental train wreck.
Not that it has even happened, because it has not. If it does, it will be good for talking about TALK, but not good for the shareholders fiscal bottom line.
