SO you are saying three paths...
Get financing start trials and complete(1 year from start)
Then wait for approval (six month to a year)
Then file NDA(New Drug Application) 30 days
Then Marketing of drug, so two years to have any revenue
Get a Partner, same as above, but MCIC gives a percentage of our patent to them and they finance the trials/get drug to market.
Get Stock buyout, someone buys the whole company for the patent.
ie (Shareholders get cash or stock in another company for their shares)
or
Get cash for patent, someone pays cash for the patent, MCIC gets cash in bank with nothing else, owes taxes and then what do they do with the cash, since they have no other businesses.
