Weird. And now it's showing as Pink Current Info, BUT with unsolicited quotes only:

I'll bet somebody just sent in this form:

http://www.otcmarkets.com/content/doc/unsolicited-quote-form.pdf

And all the confusion resulted because FINRA processed it so late in the day.
