CooperVision first to license, how is it called kicking them to the curb, it makes zero sense to say that.

Technology was manufactured, tested and proven in Coopervision lenses at Coopervision. Coopervision now has license to it, but EPGL owns it.

Read the PR's that lead up to settlement agreement at all? It's easy to see the great deal EPGL received. Both CooperVision and EPGL come out winners.

I agree.

Access to manufacturing is critical. Cooper has the capacity. Without that there cannot be enough supply when the product matures. That Cooper has licensing to move forward I would not be surprised to see product roll-out sometime later this year. EPGL has to be inside one of these other companies and in full development. Cooper was the one wanting to accelerate their deal. They obviously have a product they're going full throttle with.
