CooperVision Manufactures contact lens, EPGL Develops technology, CooperVision is first to license smart lens technology to manufacture into a product, other licensing deals will follow. Its only fitting CooperVision gets first license of tech because of joint partnership to make it happen + the lucrative settlement of 100% ownership of technologies to EPGL, and on top of that a cash settlement. Heck I don't care if its 1 dollar cash settlement or 5 million, EPGL has something much better for long-term holders ---->>>>>> 100% ownerships of technologies.

CooperVision breached agreement, EPGL comes out a huge winner because of this.
