Hi, Larry. I thought I had tried that without success, but I think that the problem at that time was that the taskbar was obscuring the Apply and OK keys so the shutdown didn't take, but then I moved the taskbar to the right side of my screen and those keys became visible but did nothing until I did the shutdown again and that worked. It was driving me crazy because no matter where I put the taskbar it obscured something important on my trading platform. All is well now. Thanks so much.
