Okay so by my math Cornell paid $2.97 million for 2.9 billion warrants to purchase 1 billion shares of common at .003 or $3 million, another 1 billion shares at .006 or $6 million, 300 million shares at .01 or $3 million and the rest I don't know because I didn't get the remainder of the EDGAR filing.
The massive dilution will surely hurt when these warrants are exercised but the cash will fund ongoing operations.
To be fair, this is not the worst deal I have ever seen. It will be interesting to see the happy face spin Mario puts on this deal next week. At least we know the King will finally come out of the castle to address the commoners for the first time in four months. Will he have any clothes?
