Regarding the leases, Didn't INC* pull out? And what of the Colorado Flower Company? Where do we stand with them? Are there any more leases in the near future?
You have indicated to me that land with water rights was going for for $4K/acre (and confirmed it here) but you were able to buy land for $250/acre because you couldn't afford any more....that is a 94% discount to market. Even "distress sales" don't go at a 94% discount to market.
I am sure shareholders and clients are happy to know years later that "the Business plan" was not to cultivate MJ as hyped, but to cultivate MJ only if and after you were/are able to change the land from not able to perform to land that is able to perform.
